We take it on, even if we did not ship it. We review your documentation, attend the gate with our own staff and agents, work an expedited release, and return the consignment to its path under sealed custody through to handover. We book and coordinate from Chinese and East Asian ports as the responsible forwarder, consolidate shipments into a single documented load with transport documents issued for it, and then the same team that clears it receives it at the Baghdad, Erbil, or Umm Qasr gateway — so the chain of accountability never breaks at a handover point. Since 2022 we have held DSV's Authorized Agent & Vendor appointment for DSV Air & Sea in Baghdad and across Iraq — air and sea freight — so your consignment meets the depth of a global network and the custody of a local guardian.
